Aditi Toys, an Indian toy maker, has crossed the Rs100 crore revenue mark and announced major expansion plans. At its 2026 Annual Distribution Meet, the company unveiled “Chanak,” India’s first homegrown global toy character, while also outlining a roadmap for international growth and a future IPO.
The company has recorded 45 per cent year-on-year growth, supported by a network of 180 distributors and a retail presence in over 15,000 stores. It currently offers 280 products and plans to add more than 100 new items this year, expanding into baby products, ride-on toys, electric toys, and premium categories.
A key part of its expansion is a new manufacturing facility in Gujarat, built with an investment of over Rs100 crore. Spread across 2,25,000 square feet, the plant can produce up to 30,000 toys daily and employs more than 900 people. Nearly 70 per cent of the workforce are women, many of whom are offered work-from-home opportunities. The company has also introduced skill-development initiatives to prepare employees for future roles, reflecting its focus on inclusive growth and workforce empowerment.
Beyond India, Aditi Toys has started operations in Dubai and the Middle East, with plans to enter the US and European markets. The Gujarat facility, equipped with advanced automation and international compliance standards, is expected to support this global expansion while strengthening local employment and MSME linkages.
With its shift from product manufacturing to brand-led growth, Aditi Toys is positioning itself as a global player. The combination of new intellectual property, large-scale production, and international expansion highlights how the company is creating jobs, empowering workers, and reshaping India’s toy industry.
