EBG Group, a multi-sector conglomerate driving innovation across wellness, mobility, technology, realty, and lifestyle, has launched its new 400-seater EBG Powerhouse in Hyderabad. From an initial 350 new hires in Hyderabad, the centre will scale to 3,000 employees globally over the next one year. Currently, the Group has 311 employees.

About 11 specialised HR agencies will support EBG in this endeavour to expand, which will create hundreds of indirect jobs across franchise networks, supply chains and partner-led ecosystems.

Spread across 22,000 sq. ft, this centre will service as EBG’s official global headquarters. The Group is expected to invest $7 million over the next two years into the Powerhouse, to advance infrastructure and hire quality talent. Hybrid collaboration rooms and always-on digital stacks will support global training, partner closings, virtual launch rooms, and investor demo days across time zones. With phased hiring underway, the Powerhouse will fuel growth across all sectors.

According to Dr. Irfan Khan, chairman & founder, EBG Group, “What sets the centre apart is its suite of integrated ‘execution studios’ and multi-brand work zones, enabling EV, wellness, F&B, hospitality/realty, prefab, education, and other verticals to collaborate seamlessly”.

The centre will be equipped with “digital and content production labs, podcast and video studios, brand war-rooms, design-sprint rooms, franchise closing bays, partner demo zones, AI/automation labs, VC-grade hybrid suites, quiet focus rooms, and wellness spaces”. There will also be a “central command desk providing real-time visibility into dashboards, compliance, and partner SLAs, creating a unified control tower for global operations.”

Serving as EBG’s global execution engine room and headquarters, the Powerhouse will compress the cycle from concept to market, strengthen partner success worldwide, and power advanced digital, design, and content creation.

The open floor plans, cross-team pods, simple playbooks, daily 7 pm operating updates, weekly performance rhythms, and “Leader Labs” at the centre reinforce a culture of accountability, creativity, and hands-on leadership development.

The Powerhouse represents a long-term capability-building investment, covering lease, interiors, cutting-edge technology, and sustainability systems. Designed for speed and cross-functional synergy, the space transforms EBG’s Hyderabad presence into a high-velocity operating system where ideas can be conceived in the morning, prototyped by evening, and scaled within weeks.
