From just ten to 435, the workforce at Computershare has grown rapidly over a short span of two years. The company recently celebrated its second anniversary in the country with a special event at its Hyderabad office. Senior executives, including Stuart Irving, CEO , joined the celebrations to recognise this milestone.

The company’s India operations play a crucial role in supporting its Corporate Trust business, providing specialised services for global clients. With a focus on business operations and technology, the Hyderabad and Bengaluru teams have become essential contributors to Computershare’s global success.

Since it’s launch in Q1 2023, Computershare has established two state-of-the-art offices spanning 100,000 square feet in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. These facilities have provided a solid foundation for collaboration and innovation, supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Beyond business operations, Computershare is dedicated to community engagement and social impact. Recent corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in Hyderabad and Bengaluru include recording audiobooks for the visually impaired and donating food to families in need. These efforts reflect the company’s commitment to making a difference in the communities where it operates.

Employees in India benefit from comprehensive training programmes tailored to the evolving financial services landscape. This ensures they are equipped to meet the demands of a dynamic industry while fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Looking ahead, Computershare aims to build on its success in India by continuing to nurture local talent and diversifying its operations. The company plans to scale its workforce further while maintaining a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
