Omega Healthcare is gearing up to expand across India and is on the lookout for fresh graduates to fill about 18,000 open positions over the next one year. It intends to hire 4,500 professionals in the next two months itself, across its offices in Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Navi Mumbai. Its plan is to tap the talent market of tier 2 cities too and not limit itself to tier 1 cities.

It had a workforce strength of 18,000 in 2020 across India, the US and the Philippines, which has now grown to 26,000.

The Company is eager to hire professionals who can think logically, communicate well, and have the aptitude to come up with ways to improve processes and trends.

Fresh graduates are invited to apply, irrespective of the field they come from and the amount of experience they have.

Omega now wishes to increase its focus on medical billing, and it wishes to strengthen its India workforce as part of the expansion plans and efforts to strengthen capabilities.

The tech-driven healthcare management solutions company recently acquired Vasta Global, ApexonHealth and Reventics.

Through these strategic acquisitions, Omega Healthcare will be able to scale its artificial intelligence (AI) and data-analytics-based solutions to lend support to healthcare clients and facilitate their revenue optimisation even while cutting costs by relying on big data and advanced automation technology.
