Payoda, the pioneering software development and technology firm, is planning to expand its team size by 100 per cent. By 2025, it hopes to have 1,000 Payodians across its India and foreign offices.

The multinational company, headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, has offices in Chennai Hyderabad, Texas, Dubai and Romania.

Karunya Sampath, co-founder & CEO, Payoda said, “To keep pace with time, we have put in place a strategic hiring plan wherein the strength at all our centres would improve. Even as we would continue to have most team members from India, we foresee expansion in our global teams in the near future.”

The strategic need-based hiring plan, for the next three years, will target the technology, sales, HR, admin and marketing departments. I

Payoda’s unique step-by-step pre-onboarding engagement process, allows candidates to get acquainted with policies and processes even before they join.

The Company’s Integrated Learning Programme offers a blended experience, combining work and learning, ensuring best-in-class opportunity for team members to get deployed in projects that bank on the latest / trending skills.

Offering diverse tech-powered services such as experience design, advanced analytics, cloud transformation, digital web and mobility, product engineering, block chain, robotic process automation, quality engineering and Internet of Things, Payoda follows a hybrid work model at present. The teams work from office thrice a week, and enjoy the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.
