The company supports their growth with flexible work policies, night shift opportunities, and equal career advancement paths.
Hindustan Zinc aims to increase female representation to 30 per cent by 2030. The company provides mentorship and specialised training programmes to help women overcome workplace challenges and step into leadership roles. Its ‘Zinc Kaushal Kendra’ initiative has also trained over 500 women, equipping them with skills for financial independence.
