Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL), the financial services company, hosted a Thanksgiving Dinner across nine locations to recognise and appreciate over 1,000 members of its support staff. Those recognised included housekeeping teams, security personnel, drivers, cafeteria staff, office assistants and technical teams as well as their family members all of whom play a vital role in keeping the workplace running smoothly daily.

According to Motilal Oswal, group MD & CEO, MOFSL, “Our support staff are an integral part of our workplace, and this Thanksgiving dinner is our way of expressing our gratitude to them and their families for their continued commitment.”

The dinner reflected MOFSL’s belief that a strong organisation is built not only by its white-collar employees, but by everyone who contributes to the ecosystem. It was an occasion to pause, express gratitude and acknowledge the dedication of those who work quietly in the background.

Senior leaders across locations volunteered alongside employees to serve meals and personally engage with the guests, helping ensure a warm, memorable experience for all.

At Motilal Oswal Towers, the top management including Motilal Oswal, Raamdeo Agrawal and Navin Agarwal, along with CEOs and employees from across the organisation volunteered as hosts, welcoming guests and helping create a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Dinner was served in a traditional Indian seating arrangement, with employees including members of the senior leadership team personally serving the meals.

The celebration was a simple but meaningful expression of MOFSL’s culture of respect, inclusion and shared responsibility.
