From managers appreciating team efforts to colleagues acknowledging each other’s support or even junior employees recognising senior leaders, Happiness Coins provide an inclusive way to promote positive workplace relationships. Employees can redeem their coins in a marketplace filled with curated rewards, ranging from travel experiences to merchandise and other meaningful options.
