Anuja Ghosh has been appointed head of human resources, Mindspace REIT, at Mindspace Business Parks. She moves from SBI Ventures where she was head-HR since 2021.
This Commerce graduate from Jadavpur University completed a PGDBM in Human Resources Management from the Institute for Technology and Management in 2007. She then joined Tata AIG General Insurance as human resources manager for over three years.
In June 2010 she moved to India Ratings and Research – a Fitch Group company, as head of human resources. She spent over a decade at the financial services company, working out of Mumbai.
March of 2021 saw Ghosh taking up the role of head of the human resources department at SBI Ventures. She joined when the company was a just born and contributed significantly to the mature firm that it has grown into. She helped draft HR policies and compensation structures, and also created employee-welfare schemes and facilitated team development.
Known to strike the perfect balance between empathy and effectiveness, she is appreciated for navigating complex organisational challenges, lead large-scale change initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion.
Her ability to always put employees first and in the centre of decision-making will stand her in good stead in her latest assignment at Mindspace Business Parks, a company that owns, develops, and manages high-quality Grade-A office campuses and commercial real estate across the country.
