After eight years of association with ASK Asset & Wealth Management, Vincent Stanley has been elevated to associate director and head of human resources, wealth and international businesses.
Stanley joined ASK in June of 2018 as assistant vice president-HR. Less than three and a half years into this role, he was promoted to vice president-human resources. April of 2023 saw him being elevated to senior vice president-HR.
He is backed by over two decades of experience. After obtaining an MBA in Human Resources in 2005, Vincent Stanley joined Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail in September of 2005. Over two years into this role, he switched to ING Vysya Life Insurance to handle area HR for a short while before joining Mahindra Finance.
His journey with Mahindra Finance began as regional HR head-MP & CG, based out of Mumbai, in September of 2008. Over two and a half years into this role, he was elevated to circle HR head-MP, CG, MAH and Goa.
By the time he moved on from Mahindra Finance, he had reached the position of process head-performance management and employee engagement.
Stanely’s next stop was VFS Global, as deputy general manager-HR, in October of 2015. After over a year and a half, he moved to L&T Financial Services, as HR-group functions and wholesale business. He spent over a year with the company before beginning his association with ASK Asset & Wealth Management began, as AVP-HR.
