C3iHub, a Deeptech National Mission organisation set up by Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India and backed by IIT Kanpur, has roped in Debaprasad Sahoo for the role of vice president-human resources (VP-HR).
Sahoo brings almost 18 years of experience to the table, having handled all aspects of HR at various organisations since 2008.
An alumnus of Utkal University and KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneshwar, from where he obtained an MBA, Debaprasad Sahoo went on to complete an executive programme in leadership management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2023.
From 2008 to 2011 he served as senior executive-recruitment-TAG, at Fulcrum Worldwide. He then moved to Tech Mahindra as senior executive recruitment-RMG for a year before taking up the role of senior recruitment specialist at Silverlink Technologies in 2012.
After spending a year at Harrow, United Kingdom, Sahoo was back in Pune to play recruitment specialist at Capgemini from 2013 to 2014.
IBM roped him in for the role of recruitment partner in 2015. Five years later, Sahoo moved to Elastic Run to handle HR for a year.
His next stop was WhiteHat Jr. where he worked for over a year based out of Mumbai before joining DealShare in December of 2021.
In his new assignment at C3iHub, Debaprasad Sahoo will help elevate employee experience, shape future-ready capabilities, strengthen leadership alignment, and champion a culture that inspires innovation and impact.
