Sandipa Chandorkar has taken up the role of chief people and culture officer at Foodlink F&B Holdings India. She moves from Sapphire Foods India where she was heading HR for KFC, since 2023.

Having pursued an MA in Psychology, Chandorkar went on to obtain an MBA in Human Resources from Institute of Technology and Management, in 2009.

She began her career in an HR generalist role, as a senior executive-HR with CS, in 2001. Over five and a half years later, she moved to Aspri Spirits as manager-HR, in 2006.

Over four years into this role, she switched to Team Global Logistic, as senior manager-HR. Her next stop, a year later, was JJ Hotels and Resorts where she joined as head of HR, in December 2011.

In August of 2015, Richfeel Health and Beauty roped her in as head of HR, to be based out of Mumbai. Her tenure at Richfeel lasted over two years.

Burger King India appointed her HR business partner in November of 2017. She stayed put there for almost six years before moving to Sapphire Foods India in September of 2023. There, she headed HR for KFC for two years and eight months.

Now, in her latest role at Foodlink F&B Holdings India, she will be partnering with the founder and leadership team of this multi-brand hospitality organisation to drive organisation-wide transformation, scale readiness, and leadership alignment in a high-growth environment.

HRKatha wishes Sandipa Chandorkar all the best in this endeavour!
