    Hirect appoints Ramani Ganesh as head of HR

    Hirect, the chat-based direct hiring app, designed for high-growth startups, has chosen Ramani Ganesh to lead its HR department as head of HR.

    Ganesh, who has over fifteen years of experience in the HR domain across IT, import/export, and manufacturing, will be responsible for driving business strategy and people agenda for the Company.

    A Bangalore University alumnus, Ganesh possesses an MBA in human resources management/ personnel administration. She has also completed an MPhil in human resources from Madurai Kamaraj University.

    Having completed a strategic HR programme from IIM Calcutta, she also holds certification from the Global Professional HR (GPHR) HRCI, USA. A firm believer in continuous learning, she is currently pursuing a PhD in human resources.

    An avid reader and traveller, she is passionate about diversity and inclusion and truly believes that the culture and environment of an organisation lead to highly motivated and productive employees.

    Ganesh started her professional HR career at Asclepius Solutions in 2008, where she served as a manager – HR and operations for three years. She then joined Gokaldas Exports, where she served as a corporate manager for HR for the same duration.

    In 2014, she joined FunderMax India as chief human resources officer. Four successful years later, she moved on to join Daikin Aircon India as HR leader- India and SAARC. After a stint of almost two years, Ganesh left the company in June of 2020. A year’s hiatus later, Ganesh has now joined the app-based hiring service, Hirect.

    Ganesh herself is looking forward to being part of a brand that has automated so many manual processes.
