IDFC First Bharat, a wholly owned subsidiary of IDFC FIRST Bank, has elevated Chandra Mouli S to national manager-HRBP & talent management. Mouli was earlier lead-talent acquisition and talent management, HR technology and HRIS.

A commerce graduate, Chandra Mouli went on to obtain a PGD in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. He also completed a PGD in Banking and Finance from the same institution.
He served GE Money as business support executive for three years before joining AIG Consumer Finance in a similar capacity in 2008.

His next stop was Equitas Small Finance Bank where he took on the role of business HR-Tamil Nadu. For over nine years he worked out of Chennai for the bank.
January of 2018 saw him moving to IndoStar Capital Finance as zonal HR business partner. Seven months into this role, he switched to Magma Fincorp as zonal HR manager-SME and housing finance. This stint lasted a little less than three years.

Aditya Birla Finance roped him in for HR business partner in April of 2021. Almost three years later, he joined IDFC First Bharat.

In his latest assignment at IDFC First Bharat, he will be based out of Trichy and will be lead business HR partnering, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement, in line with the company’s people strategy.

HRKatha wishes him all the best in this endeavour!
