    Leadership reorganisation at Stellantis India for more agility

    The company is preparing to launch Leapmotor in India and strengthen the Citroën and Jeep India brands

    With an aim to align leadership structure with long-term goals, promote agility, and cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation, Stellantis India has announced strategic changes in the senior leadership.

    The company is preparing to launch Leapmotor in India and strengthen the Citroën and Jeep India brands.

    As part of the reorganisation of senior roles, Kumar Priyesh, business head & director-automotive brands, Stellantis India will now take charge of the retail business, including sales and network development for the Jeep and Citroën brands along with the soon-to-be-launched Leapmotor. He will be expected to help guarantee a smooth and improved customer experience.

    Shishir Mishra, business head & director-strategic partnerships & institutional business, Stellantis India will now head institutional business, strategic partnerships, mobility services, pre-owned cars and finance & insurance solutions across the brands. He will be expected to help advance Stellantis’ mobility strategy and deliver innovative solutions to all business partners.

    Shailesh Hazela, will continue as CEO & MD, Stellantis India, leading and driving India strategy. His focus will remain to ensure that Stellantis India stays aligned with global objectives while catering to the unique needs of the Indian market.

    It is hoped that this reorganisation of roles will drive business growth and efficiency.
