    Li & Fung, Hong Kong-based supply-chain management company, has appointed Akanksha Srivastava as its new head-human resources for India. Based in Gurugram, she will be responsible for leading the company’s HR function in the country. Her focus will be on building a future-ready, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture that supports the company’s long-term growth ambitions in India.

    With over 14 years of experience in human resources, Srivastava’s expertise lies in people strategy and leadership.

    Prior to this, Srivastava was associated with Hilti India as  HR business partner-corporate, lead-DE&I engagement. She joined Hilti in the year 2024.

    She has previously held HR leadership roles across several multinational organisations, including AP Moller-Maersk, LF Logistics, and Hughes Communications India. Her work has spanned regions such as India, the Middle East, and Africa, giving her broad exposure to diverse and complex workforce ecosystems.

    Srivastava’s expertise covers a wide spectrum of HR domains. Her expertise lies in talent management, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, organisational development, and strategic HR business partnering.

    This appointment highlights Li & Fung’s continued focus on investing in experienced HR leadership as it scales its operations in India.
