Pramod Kumar Jha has been appointed as the new senior director HR business partner at LTIMindtree, a technology consulting and digital solutions company. Jha has more than 17 years of experience in various facets of human resources, such as talent management, business HR partner, HR audits and compliance, organisation design, and employee engagement. He has worked in different HR domains in sectors such as IT & ITES, banking, automotive, and IT product companies.
Jha’s HR journey started as the manager-HRBP, Tata Consultancy Services in 2006. Later he became the vice president and regional HR head-east at HSBC retail banking and wealth management. In 2015, Jha joined Tata Motors as divisional manager and eventually rose to the position of deputy general manager HRBP. Before joining LTIMindtree, he worked as the sales manager HRBP leader-APJ (MB) & India(Core Sales) at Dell Technologies.
Jha is an alumnus of XISS Ranchi and believes in using HR analytics to solve live business problems and create quantifiable business impact. He is a strategic business partner with expertise across the entire range of HR functions, including talent consultant, business HR partner, employee engagement, talent management, leadership coaching and development, succession planning, and employee transition during M&A and divestiture deals for both sales and non-sales professionals across industry verticals.
