    Mannat Gill is the new CHRO of Ludhiana Beverages

    Gill moves from Vena Energy where she was head of human resources since 2021

    Ludhiana Beverages has appointed Mannat Gill as the chief human resources officer (CHRO). She moves from Vena Energy where she was head of human resources since 2021.

    An alumna of Global Business School and XLRI Jamshedpur, Mannat Gill began her career as a trainee – HR with Airtel in 2006. A year later, she moved to Schneider Electric as senior executive-human resources. For the next two and a half years, she provided end-to-end support in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

    From August 2010 to March 2011, she played officer-human resources at Takata, working out of Neemrana, Rajasthan.

    April of 2011 saw Mannat Gill taking up the role of assistant general manager/lead-human resources, Azure Power, based out of Delhi. For a decade, she successfully played a pivotal role in building HR as a business-aligned function, designing policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks that enabled 2X business growth.

    It was in March of 2021 that she came to be associated with Vena Energy as head-human resources.

    Now, in her latest role at Ludhiana Beverages, the bottling partners for The Coca-Cola India(CCI), Mannat Gill will be tasked with driving strategic HR, leadership development, and culture transformation. She will focus on enabling business growth through talent, capability building, and future-ready organisational design.
