    Meghesh Nandi appointed director-C&B, American Express

    Nandi was earlier with Deloitte for over 6 years with his last designation being consulting director

    American Express has appointed Meghesh Nandi as director-compensation and benefits. Nandi moves from Deloitte where he was consulting director.

    Armed with a PGDM in Human Resources from IMI Delhi, Meghesh Nandi joined Ascent Forex Consultants in 2010 to look after payroll management. Over a year and a half later, he switched to Infosys as associate lead HR delivery (employee life cycle). His over two and a half year long tenure there saw him gaining experience in HR shared services. He worked for EMEA, India and NAM regions as an internal consultant and a process specialist.

    In November of 2014 he moved to Nucleus Software as compensation and benefits manager. Two years and nine months later, he took up the role of consultant at Aon Hewitt.

    It was in January of 2020 that he came to be associated with Deloitte. He joined as manager and was promoted to associate director a year and a half later.

    Over two years into the role of director, he was elevated to consulting director, in June of 2023. For the next two years, he looked into total rewards, performance management, organisation design, workforce analytics and financial wellness.

    Known for his strong ability to come up with innovative solutions during difficult times, Meghesh Nandi’s thoughtful insights are sure to contribute significantly to American Express’ growth.
