    SKIL Group, a prominent name in India’s travel solutions sector, has appointed Nazneen Batliwalla as head of human resources. With over 15 years of experience in HR, Batliwalla will lead initiatives in talent retention, employee engagement, and employer branding, strengthening SKIL’s position as an employer of choice in the industry.

    Batliwalla’s career has been marked by her commitment to creating supportive work environments, having held leadership roles at Reliance Broadcast, Tata CLiQ Luxury, and Good Glamm Group. Her expertise in talent acquisition and employee development has driven substantial increases in loyalty and satisfaction across organisations. At SKIL, she will focus on fostering a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
