    Enovis, the global medical technology innovator, has chosen Neeraj Chandola to be head of human resources-India. Chandola was earlier with RevHC as director HR-head of department.

    An alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, Neeraj Chandola began his career as a customer service representative with Infovision Solutions, in 2006. Just over a year later, he moved to HyperQuality, an Avaya Company, as quality assurance executive.

    His next stop was Tech Mahindra as human resources business partner, in 2008. He spent over seven years there before moving to TP as assistant manager-HR, in June of 2015.
    August of 2016 was witness to Neeraj Chandola taking up the role of assistant manager, human resources, AGS Health, based out of Greater Hyderabad Area. Over a year into this role, he was promoted to human resources manager. Two years later came another promotion that made him senior manager-human resources. By

    October 2021 he had reached the position of AGM HR (site head-Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Jaipur), AGS Health.
    From March 2024 to April of 2025, he played director HR-site head (Hyderabad and Chennai), GeBBS Healthcare Solutions.

    It was about a year ago that he came to be associated with RevHC.

    This approachable HR professional is known to be dedicated to his work and a great team player.

    In his new assignment at Enovis, he will help strengthen the HR strategy, drive organisational growth, and enhance people practices across the India business.
