After a successful three-year long stint with VMock as HR director, Neha Bhandari has accepted the role of head-people and culture, CARS24.

Neha Bhandari began her professional journey in 2003, as customer support officer, Convergys. Two years later she moved to IBM Daksh Business Process Services, as lead-HR (employee relations). During her two-year stint there, she designed the new hire orientation programme and optimised day-to-day work schedules to ensure 70 per cent cost reduction.

November of 2008 saw her moving to Barclays Shared Services as officer business continuity management. She identified improvement areas in the continuity plans, communicated developments to business heads and established long-term relationships to strengthen the processes for over a year.

Her next stop was Future Group, where she served as assistant manager-HR, for a little less than two years during which she handled lateral and campus hiring, employee engagement, payroll, performance assessment and HR operations of four stores spanning across Lucknow, Delhi, Noida and Gurugram.

From June 2012 to December 2012, she was associated with RMSI as deputy manager-HR. Then, she moved to Finlace Consulting and its Group Companies as group head-HR. Over the three years and nine months she spent there, she grew the team from 50 to over 500 in two years.

August of 2016 found Neha Bhandari playing head HR, Healthians.com. Two years later, she did a stint with LexInnova as group head-HR, from 2018 to 2019.

As director of HR, VMock, she developed HR Plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations’ objectives among other responsibilities for three years and four months before heading to CARS24 to lead people and culture.

Bhandari has completed a PG diploma in business administration, HR from Symbiosis International University.

A focused problem solver, she calls herself a people’s person with humility and strong decision-making abilities.

HRKatha wishes Neha Bhandari all the best in her latest assignment.
