    Nitendra Patel moves from Symphony to take up CHRO role at Zenex Animal Health

    Patel had been with Symphony for a decade, with his most recent designation being CHRO

    After a successful decade-long tenure at Symphony, Nitendra Patel has moved to Zenex Animal Health, to play chief human resources officer (CHRO).

    Patel brings over two decades of experience to the table. Having completed an MLW in Human Resource Management from Gujarat University, Patel wen on to obtain a SAP Global Certification in Human Capital Management in 2013.

    His professional journey began in 2001 as assistant manager-human resources, Torrent Pharmaceuticals. Five years later, he moved to Wockhardt Research Centre, as manager-human resources, in 2006.

    His next stop was Zydus Cadila, where he joined as manager-human resources in April of 2007. A year into this role, he was elevated to senior manager-human resources. A year later, he was promoted to deputy general manager-human resources. By April of 2013, he had reached the position of general manager-human resources.

    The year 2014 was witness to Nitendra Patel accepting the role of vice president-human resources, at Biotech Vision Care.

    It was in January of 2016 that he Symphony as associate vice president-human resources. A promotion three and a half years later put him in the chair of vice president-human resources. By September of 2022, he had been promoted to chief human resources officer.

    Now, in his latest assignment at Zenex Animal Health, he will focus on building a future-ready workforce, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting the company in its next phase of growth.
