Abhilash Raghavan has been appointed chief business officer, NLB Services. He moves to the global technology and digital talent solutions provider from London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) where he was heading finance, data and analytics operations, based out of Bengaluru.
Raghavan began his professional journey as a humble junior accountant at Wipro, back in 2000. Almost two and a half years later, he moved to AOL as associate manager, FP&A. This tenure lasted five and a half years after which he moved to Target Corporation India.
After playing senior manager, finance-FP&A for over four years, he was elevated to senior manager, finance-accounting and reporting, in August 2012. Another promotion in 2014 put him in the chair of director-sourcing and procurement. After an eight-year long tenure with Target Corporation, Abhilash Raghavan moved to ANSR.
He started off as director-finance in 2016 and was promoted to vice president-finance operations in 2018. By 2019 he had been elevated to chief financial officer, ANSR.
August of 2024 saw Abhilash Raghavan take up the role of head of finance, data and analytics operations, LSEG. For a year he successfully led the delivery of financial and operational support which drove informed business decision-making for the business.
He now joins NLB Services at a time it is foraying into the GCC-as-a-Service business. Raghavan will be tasked with leading global business strategy and accelerate growth across priority markets. NLB Services is committed to diversifying its portfolio and advancing its vision of becoming a global powerhouse shaping the future of talent and enterprises.
To help GCCs establish and scale operations across India and other key markets across North America, Asia, UK and Europe, a comprehensive suite of services will be offered spanning infrastructure setup, workforce solutions, compliance support and marketing solutions.
