    American Express Saudi Arabia has appointed Nora AlMansour as its new head of human resources and administration. In this role, AlMansour will spearhead the development of the company’s human capital strategy, aligning it with long-term business objectives. Her key focus areas will include workforce planning, capability building, and fostering a positive organisational culture.

    AlMansour brings over a decade of expertise in human capital management within the financial services sector. Prior to joining American Express Saudi Arabia, she served as the senior director of human capital business partnership at Saudi Payments. There, she led talent strategy initiatives and leadership development programmes, ensuring robust succession planning and organisational growth. She also supported executive functions by stepping in for the senior vice president of human capital when required.

    Earlier in her career, AlMansour held a pivotal role at SADAD Payment System, where she was instrumental in developing recruitment strategies, enhancing onboarding processes, and implementing retention programmes. Her contributions to organisational design and scalable HR frameworks were particularly impactful during periods of rapid expansion.

    With her extensive experience in HR transformation and strategic workforce planning, AlMansour is well-positioned to elevate the HR function at American Express Saudi Arabia, reinforcing its commitment to employee development and operational excellence.
