Parul Pruthi has taken on the role of chief human resources officer, at Revolt Motors. She was earlier serving as head of human resources at Marelli-India Technical R&D Centre.
An alumna of International Management Institute (IMI) Delhi from where she completed an MBA in HR, Parul Pruthi began her professional journey with Aon Hewitt, as production support analyst, in 2006. Over a year into this role, she was elevated to PeopleSoft HR consultant.
In April of 2010, Pruthi moved to Magneti Marelli S.p.A-Electronic Systems and Powertrain, as senior HR generalist. Among her responsibilities were: manpower planning and budgeting, policy formulation, headcount reporting for all JVs to the Italy headquarters, performance appraisal, training and development, and so on. A year later, she was appointed as assistant manager, Magnetti Marelli Powertrain India. For over two years Parul Pruthi managed a gamut of functions including HR planning, budgeting, recruitment, pre-hiring, post-hiring, contract labour, MIS updation and induction of new joinees. She was promoted to deputy manager-HR in August 2012, taking on the responsibility of people development, employee relations and administration. A year and a half later, she was elevated to HR manager. In this role, among other responsibilities, Pruthi also coached managers to develop leadership capabilities. From September 2014 to June 2025, she headed HR for Marelli-India Technical R&D Centre.
