Pinky Yadav, former director & head-HR, Beiersdorf, has joined The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), as its vice president and head-human resources. In this new role, Yadav is tasked with creating the best-in-class talent landscape at HoABL.

An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Yadav started her HR journey with Metro Cash & Carry India as assistant manager – corporate HR, back in 2012. After three years, she moved to Arvind Lifestyle Brands in the year 2015. She joined Arvind Lifestyle Brands as manager-HR business partner for its brands, ARROW and IZOD, and its innerwear business (including Hanes, USPA, CK, Tommy Hilfiger). In 2016, she was elevated to the position of senior manager-talent, performance management & campus relations.

Her next stop was Diageo India, where she joined as HR business partner – demand & supply in 2017, to support organisation effectiveness and L&D for demand and supply functions. In 2018, she was elevated to senior manager and in 2019 she became the lead-HR business partner, commercial, including luxury key accounts.

In 2021, she moved to Avery Dennison, as HR business partner lead.

As per her LinkedIn post, Yadav feels “fortunate to be part of an organisation “with such innovative landscape, brand equity, deep-rooted purpose, an innate perseverance for growth and most importantly, built with talented and passionate people.” She further looks ” at the journey ahead and the propelling vision” only to realise that she is “energised by both the challenges and opportunities of making HoABL the very best it can be; aligned to our core foundation values.”
