Ambak, a fintech platform, has roped in Pooja Dudani to take on the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO). Dudani moves from CARS24, where she was associate vice president-human resources.
Dudani, who is a Gallup-certified strength coach, has worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as area manager-training for seven years, from 2007 to 2014. This stint gave her multicultural exposure as she got to work across Rajasthan, Gujarat, UP and Delhi NCR. She successfully served various verticals including sales, distribution management, internal audit & compliance, client-relationship management, content writing, as well as training & development.
May of 2014 saw her joining the startup, Juvalia & You as human resources training development manager. She took on the responsibility of building the team, culture and literature pan India.
The year 2015 was witness to Dudani moving to CarDekho, where she played senior human resources manager for a year and a half. She started off with the new car dealership (NCD) vertical, and soon ended up serving Cardekho (NCD & UCD), Gaadi, Zigwheels, Bikedekho, Collegedekho, Truckdekho as well as the international arm, Carbay.
Her association with CARS24 began in 2016, when she joined as semior manager-learning & organisation development. A year and a half later, she was promoted to general manager-learning & organisation development. Another elevation came by in 2019 followed by yet another in 2020. By April 2022, she had become associate vice president-human resources, CARS24.
Known for redefining HR practices, making an impact via training and leadership development, HR transformation via automation, and also culture-building initiatives, Pooja Dudani is sure to be an asset to Ambak, the fintech platform that operates as a marketplace connecting home buyers and distributors with lending partners across India.
