Pooja Minocha is now chief human resources officer (CHRO) and senior vice president-HR, at Lumax Auto Technologies, Lumax World. She has moved from Bata India where she had been playing vice president-HR and CHRO since June of 2022.
After completing an MBA in HR in 1998, Pooja Minocha spent the initial four years of her professional journey as manager-HR in the telecom space. In 2005, she moved to IBM Daksh as manager-HR. October of 2006 saw her taking on the role of associate vice president – HR (C&B), Bharti Axa Life Insurance. For over four and a half years, she successfully looked after C&B, HR operations and HRIT functions for India.
From May 2011 to November 2016, she served Merck as associate director-HR, working out of Mumbai.
Minocha’s next stop was Advanz Pharma in November of 2016. She joined as director-HR, Asia Pacific and was soon promoted to director, global talent management and HR business partner, in 2018. Merely nine months into this role, she was promoted to global director-HR.
It was in December of 2019 that she launched CHRO Nexus, and played CHRO for over two and a half years. The entity offered CHRO on demand services, as well as strategic HR consulting in the areas of rewards, performance, and talent management.
Her association with Bata India began in June of 2022 as VP-HR and CHRO.
