Software company, Icertis, has appointed Pranali Save as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Save, will be responsible for implementing innovative global strategies to accelerate recruitment of quality talent, nurture the organisation’s culture and also execute the employee-development programmes founded on the values of fairness, openness, respect, teamwork and execution — FORTE.
Before joining Icertis — which provides contract management software to enterprise businesses — Save was working with Tieto, as director and head-HR, India, and global HR partner for Tieto Centres of Excellence. She spent almost nine years with the IT service company.
In her long and successful career, Save also worked for SunGard as director, HR. During the six years that she spent at this software and processing solutions company, she headed international HR, and also handled HR integration across development centres in China and Tunisia.
As HR head, India, for eGain Communications, she effectively lead the HR function for the Company’s India R&D centre for a short stint of a year, from 2004 to 2005. Before moving to eGain, Save was head of HR at Geometric for four years, handling the function for the Pune centre, including the HR operations and employee relations. She also efficaciously handled the capability-building initiative on career pathing.
An alumna of Welingkar Institute of Management and the Stockholm School of Economics, Save will now be supporting the more than 1000-strong workforce of Icertia, across 17 countries.
