SKIL, an Indian corporate travel, events, and mobility company, has elevated Vikash Kejriwal as its new chief executive officer. Till now, he was playing chief operating officer, Cabi by SKIL.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Kejriwal started off as a sales manager with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in June 2005.

Two years later, he moved to ING Vysya Life Insurance as agency manager, in 2007 before taking up the role of regional manager, Pnb Metlife Insurance.

September 2012 was witness to Vikash Kejriwal taking up the role of executive director, Plan My Life, working out of Kolkata, West Bengal. By 2013 he had switched to Garodia FIAT, as group CEO. Three years into this role, he moved to Transcon Developers, as vice president. This move required him to relocate from Kolkata to Mumbai, in November 2016.

August of 2017 saw him working as principal consultant at INGENIOUS.

It was only in 2019 that he came to be associated with Cabi by SKIL, as chief operating officer. For six years, he spearheaded the transformation of a traditional transport unit into one of India’s fastest-growing corporate ground mobility solutions.

Vikash Kejriwal acknowledge how SKIL is “built on energy, ambition, and a passion for execution — values that deeply resonate with me.”

According to him, “From transforming mobility with CABI to elevating experiences through SKIL Events and SKIL Travel, we’ve only just scratched the surface of what’s possible. I look forward to working closely with our talented teams to scale innovation, strengthen client partnerships, and unlock the next phase of growth across all verticals.”

Kejriwal is known for his ability to combine strategic clarity with a hands-on leadership style. He has successfully scaled businesses from the ground up, fostered high-performance cultures, and driven customer-first innovations.

“Vikash has been a catalyst of transformation at SKIL,” said Shylender Jindal, founder & managing director, SKIL. “He brings the rare combination of strategic foresight and operational depth. His understanding of the business, people-first mindset, and relentless focus on quality makes him the right leader to take SKIL into its next era. We are confident that under his leadership, SKIL will scale greater heights — with agility, excellence, and innovation at the core.”
