    Stride Pharma’s Sanjay Singh is the new CHRO of CMS Info Systems

    Sanjay Singh is the new CHRO of CMS Info Systems, the payment solutions and cash-management services firm. As the CHRO, Singh will lead the HR function for CMS with over 20,000 employees. Prior to this appointment, Singh was the CHRO at Strides Pharma where Tanaya Mishra has taken over the reins of the HR function from Singh.

    A senior HR leader with over three decades of experience in HR, Singh specialises in talent management, HR transformation, strategy and execution, employee relations, leadership development and coaching.

    The Company caters to a broad set of outsourcing requirements for banks, financial institutions, organised retail and e-commerce companies in India and is the fifth largest ATM cash-management company worldwide. The services that CMS provides to MSPs, banks and other customers form a critical function in the businesses that they serve.

    Rajiv Kaul, executive vice chairman, CEO and whole-time director, CMS Info Systems, shares, “the growth and performance of CMS in recent years is largely due to its people, and CMS strives to attract the best talent in the industry. To further build on these efforts, we are excited to have Sanjay Singh join our leadership team.”

    In his more than three-decade long career, Singh has worked with big brands such as P&G, ITC, Coca Cola and Whirpool. After completing an MBA in HR from XLRI, Singh started his career with ITC in the HR domain. He was also associated with Coca-Cola for a while before joining GE in 1999.

    After working in various capacities in the HR function at GE, he served his last position in the Company as VP – HR. After GE, Singh joined P&G as VP-HR for Gillette, for almost two years. He has also worked for Whirpool for four years as the VP-HR, covering various geographies. It was in 2016 that he joined Hi-Tech Gears, an auto component manufacturing company, prior to which he was the director- HR at Cairn India, which is a part of Vedanta group.
