    Syngenta Group gets Prabhakar Pandey as global lead-HR data architecture & governance

    Pandey moves to the global agricultural technology firm from Novartis where he was associate director, service delivery, P&O/HR analytics, DS&AI, data, digital and IT (DDIT)

    Prabhakar Pandey has moved from Novartis after an eight-year long association to join Syngenta Group, as global lead-HR data architecture & governance.

    An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Prabhakar Pandey began his professional journey with Hewitt Associates, as team developer, in  2005.

    Over three years later, he moved to Baxter Healthcare as global HR operations senior specialist (global HR reporting/BI). The next three years saw him collaborating with global HR partners and handling HR reporting requirements and HR application data structure.

    From 2011 to 2013, Pandey was associated with Serco as assistant manager (HR operations, HR reporting, analytics and business intelligence).

    June of 2013 was witness to Pandey accepting the role of deputy manager (global HR reporting, business intelligence and analytics) at Vodafone Shared Services India.

    Pandey’s next stop was Ocwen Financial Solutions where he played manager, HR analytics, BI & reporting for over a year and a half.

    His long association with Novartis began in August of 2017 when he joined as solution design expert, people and organisations (HR) analytics- COE analytics, IT.

    Over four years into this role, he was promoted to associate director, service delivery, P&O/HR analytics, DS&AI, DDIT.

    Now, in his latest assignment with Syngenta Group, he will be tasked with leading the strategic development and implementation of HR data governance across the global operations of the global agricultural technology company.
