    Tasty Bite Eatables ropes in Vidhu Arora as CHRO

    Arora moves from Gap Inc. where her tenure lasted more than 8 years

    After a successful eight-year long association with Gap Inc., Vidhu Arora has joined Tasty Bite Eatables as chief human resources officer (CHRO).

    Arora, an alumna of Amity University from where she completed an MBA in human resources, spent six years with PepsiCo in the initial stages of her career. She started off as a human resource consultant on contract, and two years later joined the company full time, as assistant manager-organisation capability and communication, in 2011.

    By 2013, she was elevated to unit HR manager-PHHP,UP. Less than two years later, she was again promoted, achieving the position of transformation manager, working on organisational restructuring and design.

    January of 2016 saw her joining Gap as HR business partner- global wovens & India shared services. A promotion, two years later, put her in the position of head of talent management, global sourcing. This role saw her working out of Hong Kong for over four years. In March 2019 she was back in New Delhi, as head HR, South Asia and Europe Sourcing, Gap. In July 2022, she was elevated to head of talent and organisation development, APAC.

    Arora is known for her strategic outlook, passion for work, out-of-the-box solutions and ability to handle multiple projects effortlessly. Her diverse experience in both business partnering and specialist roles gives her an advantage. HRKatha wishes her all the best in her new assignment with Tasty Bite Eatables.
