    Testhouse gets new global CHRO in Ajith Kumar

    Ajith Kumar has been appointed as the global CHRO & senior executive vice president – business transformation, at Testhouse, a software testing and quality-assurance company. In this role, Kumar will play a key role in building the talent acquisition and talent transformation strategy in the Company. He will also draw up growth plans for the organisation. It will be Kumar’s responsibility to create an environment at Testhouse which promotes faster transformation, and create a strong employer brand. As per the announcement made by the Company, it plans to hire extensively and all talent management and employee benefits and performance strategies at the global level will come under Kumar’s jurisdiction.

    “Kumar has the experience in building strong teams by acquiring and nurturing the right talent. This is exactly the experience we need at this point in our journey. I am, therefore, very pleased that he is joining us as the chief human resources officer,” shares Sug Sahadevan, founder and group CEO, Testhouse.

    Kumar carries more than two decades of experience in HR and specialises in organisational transformation and change management. He has held several roles with complex responsibilities in his previous stints.

Ajith’s strong track record and rich experience in talent development and change management across large international teams, will help us ensure we continue to build an agile culture of inclusivity and personal growth for all,” says Rajesh Narayan, CEO – Middle East, Africa & APAC, Testhouse, on Kumar’s appointment.

    Kumar is an IIM Bangalore alumnus and has worked in big brands, such as IBM, Lenovo, UST, Ciber and SLK Software.

    Sharing his excitement on joining Testhouse “during this high growth period”, Kumar says that he “looks forward to scaling the Company’s talents, expanding the team and advancing operational excellence.”

    Kumar is also an award-winning HR leader who has been recognised at various renowned conventions, including the AP HRM and World HRD Congress, where he was proclaimed as one of India’s 30 best HR leaders.
