After two years at Speechify, as lead-customer success and support, Vinti Agarwal has joined United We Care, a mental-health company. Here, she will be tasked with “spearheading strategies to elevate employee engagement, culture and overall experience”.

A postgraduate in management, strategic marketing and communication from MICA, The School of Ideas, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai.

In the initial years of her professional journey, Agarwal interned at Raymond, ESJAY International, Pantaloons, ShopClues and the Tolaram Group.

It was in June 2017 that she joined ShopClues as management trainee-business strategy and planning. Among other responsibilities, she was responsible for ensuring better customer experience through data-driven strategy and introduction of new services. She also handled merchandising of products across different marketing properties to drive orders, conversion and business growth of sellers.

Ten months into this role, she was elevated to the position of assistant manager-fashion and lifestyle private label. She successfully launched a private label for women’s lifestyle in August 2018. After less than two years at ShopClues, Agarwal moved to Sprinklr, an enterprise software company for all customer-facing functions.

As manager, employer branding and internal communications at Sprinkler, Agarwal developed company-wide and region specific end-to-end internal corporate communication strategy. She launched new communications tools and processes to enhance communications effectiveness within the organisation. She also created the strategy and drove the implementation of the employer-branding programme at Sprinklr, through campus engagement and events, internal communications and external digital/social platforms, aligned with the Sprinklr culture. Among other things, she executed engaging multi-channel social marketing/communication programmes and campaigns to attract and engage top talent. For two years and seven months, she successfully created a culture of celebration and recognition by creating and mobilising internal content and sharing news, achievements, employee stories and initiatives. In October 2021, she was elevated to the role of product manager (GTM).

January of 2022 saw her joining Speechify, a text-to-speech app that makes it easy to access information. There, she looked after employer branding and strategic communications for seven months, before being elevated to the role of lead-customer success and support.

According to United We Care, Agarwal’s experience in branding and people operations, with a “proven track record in driving business growth and fostering positive employee experiences makes her the perfect fit to lead our people initiatives.”

The company is confident that “her passion for people and knack for building high-performing teams” will help shape the future of the company.

Vinti Agarwal herself believes that “a positive employee experience is the cornerstone of a thriving company”, and therefore, she is looking forward to contributing to “building a culture where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.”
