    WOW Skin Science ropes in Smriti Khanna as VP-HR

    WOW Skin Science, a direct to consumer brand in the beauty and wellness products space has appointed Smriti Khanna as its new VP-HR. In this role, Khanna will lead the HR function for the Company, which will include responsibilities such as devising people strategies, strengthening WOW’s organisational culture, employer branding, performance and people development.

    Khanna comes with close to nine years of experience in HR. She is a young HR leader and an alumna of XLRI. After completing her post graduate diploma in HR, Khanna started her career with Airtel.

    She joined Airtel as a young HR professional and worked across various aspects of HR such as talent acquisition, talent management, HR shared services and also got exposure to the traditional sales and distribution model. Khanna went on to work for Airtel for close to two years.

    Before joining WOW Skin, Khanna was the AVP-HR business partner for India operations at Livespace. She joined Livspace in 2019 as director – HR and went on to climb the corporate ladder in the organisation.

    Khanna has also worked with Nestle for close to four years at different locations. She joined Nestle in 2015 as an HR business partner and was responsible for the people agenda of the company and within R&D. She executed local and global HR initiatives at the global FMCG brand.

    During her four-year tenure at Nestle, this commerce graduate went on to become the factory HR manager as well.
