A four-week intensive boot camp will be organised for nearly 49 women, to cover a mix of core finance- and investment-management concepts.
The FutureSkills platform will enable discovery, continuous learning and a marketplace of best-in-class training providers/virtual labs and certifications for each of these job roles and skills, with customised pathways for learning.
The ‘train the trainer’ programme will run courses to increase employability of the people.
The programme aims to provide specific job-related skills training in analytics and customer relationship management to 350 underserved youths and women.
