    Prosperr.io gets Hariom Verma as senior vice president – people & business operations

    Verma moves from Infra.Market where he had been general manager-human resources for the last four years.

    Prosperr.io, an Indian AI-driven platform that transforms taxation, payroll and financial wellness, has announced the appointment of Hariom Verma as senior vice president – people & business operations.
    He moves from Infra.Market where he had been general manager-human resources for the last four years.
    With over 13+ years of leadership experience across high-growth startups and technology-led organisations Hariom
    Verma brings deep expertise in people strategy, business transformation and operational scalability to the table.
    Having begun his professional journey as assistant manager, Arriys Infosoft, he went on to join UST Global, as assistant manager-sourcing, in October of 2010. He spent the next four years handling stakeholder management, recruitment, branding, vendor management, process implementation and enhancement, based out of Trivandrum.
    From 2014 to 2015 he was associated with Xebia India, as manager-talent acquisition.
    His next stop was Delhivery, where he served as senior manager from 2015 to 2017.
    After freelancing for a short while, from May of 2017 to February of 2019, Verma joined Walmart Labs, as senior lead, talent acquisition, based out of Bengaluru.
    October of 2019 saw him taking up the role of head, talent acquisition and HRBP, nference. Two years later, he moved to Infra.Market as general manager-human resources.
    Now, at Prosperr.io, Hariom Verma will be tasked with spearheading the firm’s people strategy, organisational design, and operational excellence as the company accelerates its next phase of growth. His mandate includes scaling people systems, strengthening leadership capabilities, and driving business alignment across functions to enable Prosperr.io’s expansion into new markets.
