e2E Rail has appointed Aman Jain as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
In this new role, Jain will lead efforts to align the company’s HR strategy with its growth goals and improve employee experiences.

Prior to this, Jain was associated with Sterling Holiday Resorts as its VP and head corporate-HR. He joined the company in 2022 and has since taken the lead in several critical HR domains, including learning and organisational development, change management, talent engagement, and compensation and benefits. His contributions also extend to driving digital HR and people analytics, enhancing rewards and recognition initiatives, and fostering a culture focused on positive behaviours and values.

Jain has over 16 years of HR leadership experience. He has worked across industries such as IT, FMCG, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, retail, and consulting. Additionally, his expertise lies in change management, talent development, and HR digitisation in organisations with employee sizes ranging from 2,000 to 12,000.
Jain has also worked with several renowned companies such as AB InBev India, Arcolab, Kontoor Brands, Menford and Wellspring.

Sourajit Mukherjee, director & CEO, e2E Rail, believes that Jain’s “extensive experience and innovative vision will help shape our culture and drive strategic goals.”

Jain sees e2E Rail as “a company that values its people and culture. I look forward to working with the team to achieve growth and address challenges.”

An alumnus of IIM Kashipur, Jain holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering-electronics and communication.
