e2E Rail has appointed Aman Jain as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
In this new role, Jain will lead efforts to align the company’s HR strategy with its growth goals and improve employee experiences.

Prior to this, Jain was associated with Sterling Holiday Resorts as its VP and head corporate-HR. He joined the company in 2022 and has since taken the lead in several critical HR domains, including learning and organisational development, change management, talent engagement, and compensation and benefits.
