Dentalkart has announced plans to expand its team significantly. By the end of March 2025, the company aims to onboard over 100 new professionals, bolstering its existing workforce of more than 500 employees.

This growth aligns with Dentalkart’s impressive trajectory and commitment to fostering a positive work culture in the dental industry. The company has been on a hiring spree in 2024, adding 75 employees in Q3 and 62 in Q4. The new roles will include both leadership and non-leadership positions, with a focus on finding candidates who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional results.

Dentalkart is implementing proactive strategies to streamline its recruitment process. The company’s talent acquisition team is building a robust database of qualified candidates and leveraging professional networking platforms to connect with top talent.

By tracking key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, Dentalkart aims to ensure effective recruitment decisions. The company is also enhancing the candidate experience with a user-friendly, mobile-optimised process, keeping applicants informed throughout.

Furthermore, the company is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. The company uses technology to reduce unconscious bias and foster an environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued.

Employee referral programmes also play a crucial role in Dentalkart’s hiring strategy. Team members are encouraged to recommend potential candidates, earning incentives for successful referrals.

Vikas Agarwal, CEO and founder, Dentalkart, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “Our people are the driving force behind our success. This expansion reinforces our commitment to innovation and solidifies our leadership in the dental industry.”

Dentalkart’s ongoing expansion reflects its vision of being a forerunner in the dental industry. By continuously refining its recruitment process through feedback from candidates and hiring managers, the company ensures a dynamic and adaptive approach to hiring.
