Digital engineering company, Fulcrum Digital announced plans to expand its global workforce to 3,000 employees within the next two years. The New York-based firm currently has over 2,000 employees, with 95 per cent of its workforce located in India.

The company is also scaling its AI ecosystem. By 2025, Fulcrum Digital aims to grow its AI agents to 10,000, a significant increase from its current count of 170. Artificial intelligence agents are systems that autonomously perform tasks for users or other systems.

Fulcrum Digital sees significant opportunities for its AI-driven solutions in sectors such as finance and insurance. The company is also aiming for new growth in manufacturing and logistics.

As part of its expansion strategy, Fulcrum Digital plans to focus on building an AI-first workforce. It is also committed to upskilling existing employees to meet evolving industry demands.

The company projects a 30 per cent growth rate this year, driven largely by the finance and insurance sectors. With 20-25 per cent expected growth from current customers and plans to add 5-10 per cent new clients, Fulcrum Digital is rather hopeful of exceeding its targets.

The company’s growth strategy emphasises industry-focused AI solutions over traditional digital approaches.
Founded in 1999, Fulcrum Digital currently serves more than 100 global clients from its operations in the US, Latin America, Europe and India. The company remains committed to driving innovation and meeting customer needs through cutting-edge AI advancements.
