QualiZeal, a global quality engineering and AI-powered digital transformation services company, has roped in Venka Reddy for the role of chief people officer (CPO).

Reddy moves from Coforge where he was vice president & head HR for over three years.

Armed with a master’s degree in human resources management from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Reddy began his professional journey with Viceroy (Mariott Hyderabad), as human resources officer, back in 1997. He moved to StockHolding Corporation of India as assistant manager, HRD, in 1998. Six years later, he switched to Indian Register of Shipping, as manager and head HRD, based out of Mumbai.

His association with Capgemini began in May 2007, as manager-HR. He then went on to become senior manager and head BPHR.

Venka Reddy’s next stop was CURA Software Solutions, as associate vice president and head-HR, in December of 2009.

February of 2011 saw him joining Bajaj Finserv as head HRBP and HR CoE. During his tenure, he spearheaded comprehensive HR strategies and frameworks, including policy formulation, employee separation, neutral exit feedback and so on. Over a year later, he moved to Infosys, as global HR business partner and location HR head, in 2012.

From January 2022 he served Coforge as vice president and head HR.

His assignment at QualiZeal comes at a time when the company is accelerating its global expansion, with plans to grow its workforce to over 3,500 employees by 2028.

Venka Reddy will be expected to lead QualiZeal’s global HR strategy from its India office. He will oversee all facets of the HR function, including operations, business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, and leadership enablement—ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and evolving organizational needs. He will focus on reinforcing QualiZeal’s culture as the company targets $100M in annual revenue within the next two years and continues to deliver AI-led quality engineering services to clients across sectors, including BFSI, healthcare, telecom, travel and hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.

Madhu Murty, co-founder & head of India operations, QualiZeal, is confident that Reddy’s “proven track record in building high-impact HR ecosystems makes him a critical addition to our leadership team.”

Reddy’s goal is “to align HR with business growth by cultivating a talent landscape, building leadership, and embedding a strong culture that scales globally.”
