    Morpho Dimensions to expand, hire 100 by December 2025

    The new hires will be made in the areas of design, execution, procurement, operations and finance

    Aiming for 2x growth and pan-India expansion, Morpho Dimensions, a creative office interior design-and-build firm headquartered in Delhi (and a venture by Indian architecture and interior design firm Morphogenesis), is looking to increase its team size. The company will be adding 100 more members to its team as it plans to deliver an expanded project portfolio next year. By the end of this year, that is, December of 2025, Morpho Dimensions will add a hundred professionals with expertise in interior design, project execution, procurement, operations, and finance to its team.

    Additionally, Morpho Dimensions is investing in the upskilling of its current employees, who have contributed significantly to its growth. In a rapidly-evolving design-and-build landscape, where sustainability, technology, and hybrid workplace solutions are increasingly critical, continuous upskilling is essential. The company believes that investing in learning and development (L&D) ensures that talent remains agile, innovative, and prepared to meet the rising expectations in the sector. This, in turn, leads to project excellence and fulfilling career journeys for the teams behind every workspace.

    With an order book exceeding Rs 100 crore, the firm is preparing to double its growth momentum over the next year. The new hires will help improve Morpho Dimensions’ delivery capacity and ensure smooth execution of its growing project pipeline. The expansion is a result of a rising demand for intelligent, high-performance workspaces that pair sustainability with innovative design. The firm already has a portfolio spanning eight ongoing projects, and is delivering high-performance workspaces across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ludhiana and Jaipur.
