Quess Corp, the global staffing and recruiting company, has elevated Lohit Bhatia to chief executive officer (CEO) and key managerial personnel (KMP).

Bhatia is presently president –workforce management.

This alumnus of Delhi University who went on to complete a PGDBM in Marketing from Apeejay School of Management, spent the first four years of his career as deputy manager-marketing (RMG sector), JCT.

In 2001, he switched to ClearPlus Inc. as head-commercial, Noida Special Economic Zone. Over five years later, he moved to Laurent and Benon Management Consultant, as centre head, for almost four years.

The year 2011 saw him begin a long association with IKYA Human Capital Solutions, a division of Quess Corp.

He joined as general manager-staffing sales (North and East), in January of 2011. Over two years into this role, he was elevated to vice president-sales. Another promotion in 2015 made him director-staffing solutions. By August of 2017, he had reached the position of CEO-staffing.

Lohit Bhatia has been serving as president-workforce management, at Quess since July of 2019, spearheading major expansion and transformation initiatives, including international growth across the Middle East, Singapore and Sri Lanka.

His experience leading large workforce-management programmes, strengthening governance models, and improving service-delivery frameworks make him the ideal pick for leading Quess Corp as CEO, starting 1 January 2026.

Additionally, Lohit Bhatia is the president of the Indian Staffing Federation, national co-chair for IR & labour at CII and EFI, advisory board member of the Telecom Sector Skill Council, Southern APAC Board Member at the World Employment Confederation, as well as an active contributor at global and national forums on workforce transformation, skilling, GCC ecosystems and managed services.
Guruprasad Srinivasan, executive director, Quess Corp, is confident that Bhatia “will guide Quess through its digital evolution and accelerate our journey towards global leadership”.

Bhatia himself is keen to begin “focussing on strategic levers to drive sustainable growth by strengthening our client-first agenda, accelerating digitisation, expanding margins, and achieving our ambition of a million-member workforce”.

Bhatia will work closely with Srinivasan to advance the company’s strategic vision of becoming a global leader in staffing solutions.
