Zensar Technologies has appointed Mithun Mukherjee as director-talent acquisition. Mukherjee has moved from Wipro where he served for over 16 years, having joined as senior executive in 2009. Just over a year and a half into this role, he was elevated to assistant manager-talent acquisition. Three and a half years later, in December of 2014, he was promoted to manager-talent acquisition.

Another promotion four years later put him in the position of senior manager-talent acquisition-apps and data analytics. By June of 2024 he had climbed to the position of group head-data analytics and AI, digital experience.

An alumnus of Bangalore University, Mithun Mukherjee began his career as an IT recruiter at Career Graph, in March 2006.  He joined Oracle Financial Services in 2007, taking up the role of recruiter. For the next one year, among other responsibilities, he screened and shortlisted potential candidates and briefed them aout the job profile, salary package, organisation culture, and so on. He also managed and coordinated recruitment drives and events.

February of 2008 saw him becoming associated with Huawei as recruiter. For almost two years, he was responsible for the entire recruitment process, central R&D business line, for Huawei. He also handled the employee referral programme.

In December of 2009, he moved to Wipro to begin a long 16-year old association.

HRKatha wishes Mithun Mukherjee all the best and is confident that his energy, passion and meticulousness will prove to be an asset to Zensar Technologies!
