    Cognizant gets Anubhav Pradhan as VP-L&D

    Pradhan moves from Cognite where he was vice president-global academy and community

    Anubhav Pradhan has taken up the role of vice president – learning & development at Cognizant. He moves from Cognite, where he was vice president- global academy and community since September 2025.

    After completing an MSc in Mathematics, Anubhav Pradhan joined Tata Consultancy Services as a corporate training executive, in June of 1998. For six years, he successfully designed and delivered 50+ technology training programmes for global corporates, government bodies, and universities including the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Finance.
    Pradhan joined Infosys in 2004, as senior technology evangelist. Over five years into this role, he was elevated to principal technology evangelist. Four and a half years later, 2014, he was promoted to global head-continuous learning. In this role, he accelerated skill readiness for 200,000+ employees by establishing AI, digital, and cyber academies.

    HSBC appointed him global head-technology academy, in September 2019. For the almost six years, he led learning & development for 50,000+ tech professionals across India, China, Hong Kong, Poland, Mexico, UK, and the US.

    He came to be associated with Cognite in September of 2025.

    Now, in his latest assignment at Cognizant, he will be tasked with designing the L&D strategy, building future-ready talent, strengthening organisational capabilities, and nurturing a culture of continuous learning.

    Known for his impactful communication and business acumen, his leadership skills will be an asset to Cognizant.
