Gargi Rajan has been elevated to vice president-human resources at fleetx.io. She has been associated with the AI-powered fleet and logistics platform as head of human resources since April of 2025.
An Economics graduate from Hansraj College, Gargi Rajan went on to complete an MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad.
After serving as management trainee in the HR department of Sona Somic Lemforder Components for a year, she was absorbed as section executive-human resources in 2010.
From 2011 to 2014 she worked with Bestylish.com as assistant manager-human resources. She successfully led the talent acquisition vertical and helped grow the company from its early age to a headcount of 350.
Rajan’s next stop was ixigo.com where she was appointed manager-human resources. This was the first stint where she led the overall HR function and learned the ropes of people management.
She took up the role of senior manager-human resources at Mettl, in 2017. A year into this role, she was elevated to assistant general manager-human resources. Two years later, she was promoted to general manager-human resources, in 2020. By the time she moved on from Mettl, she had reached the position of assistant vice president-human resources.
She played associate director-human resources at Unicommerce for two years before joining fleetx.io in April of 2025.
