    SYSTRA India appoints Renu Bohra as CHRO

    Bohra moves from National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings) where she had been serving as CHRO since 2024

    After over two years of serving National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings) as CHRO, Renu Bohra has moved to SYSTRA India to take up a similar role.
    Backed by over 30 years of experience, Renu Bohra is a certified organisation development (OD) practitioner and trained executive coach.

    Bohra began her professional journey as a humble management trainee at National Aluminium Company (NALC), in 1994. She went on to become junior HR manager there and stayed with the company for almost four years before moving to Bharat Aluminium Company as assistant manager-HR.

    In November of 2001, she joined HSCC India as deputy manager-HR.

    Her next stop was Blue Star, where she served as deputy general manager HR (North India & East India), from 2002 to 2010.

    October of 2010 saw her starting a long association with DB Schenker. She joined as director-human resources and was promoted to senior director-HR over six years into this role. By September of 2017, she had reached the position of CHRO,

    After spending over 13 years with DB Schenker, Renu Bohra took up the role of CHRO at National Engineering Industries, in January 2024.

    Known to be an exceptional people leader with an ability to come up with solutions for all kinds of problems, HRKatha is confident that Renu Bohra will be an asset to SYSTRA India, the consulting and engineering firm with a strong presence in the public transport infrastructure engineering space.
